We are looking for a UX/UI design genius to reimagine our mobile application. The winner will get $600 for winning the design competition, plus design another 15 to 20 as a contractor (estimated price $1,500) so $2,100 for the winner, plus you will become on in-house mobile designer. We are currently redesigning our mobile app. It has been in use for 3 years and is in need of a complete overhaul. That does not mean starting from scratch, but rather incorporating everything that we have learned over the past 3 years and building a brand new product from the ground up that includes all of the best elements of the current system, plus new and innovative ways to make the product the best mobile app in our industry. Our company’s focus is on youth hockey. We are not a website, but an enterprise web application with lots of features and functionality. Our mobile application is an extension of that system. The users are parents who need access to our system on their phone. We feel our web application is the best at what it does in the industry, but our mobile app has always been an “afterthought”. Meaning, we have put so much time and energy into our web application that the mobile application has not been given the priority it deserves. We believe that after we design and build this new mobile app, with your help, that the core of our core focus may shift from from web to mobile. There are a few “big players” in our industry. Companies that have huge teams and huge budgets and are owned by some of the largest media companies in the world. We know our web product is better than theirs, now it's time to make our mobile product better than theirs.
