ScheduleWise needs a simple leaflet insert for new product launch.

We help dialysis centers manage their patient and staffing schedules. Our market is dominated by two big players. We are trying to help the independent dialysis centers stay viable, save money, and deliver optimal patient care through safer, more efficient patient scheduling. And now we are launching two new applications!

The need is for a SINGLE PAGE to be INSERTED inside our existing leaflet/trifold to share with potential customers the launch of our two new software applications. Dimensions should be 9cm wide by 21cm tall. We have a couple of logos and a couple of images that we definitely want utilized. And we are also attaching screenshots with a laptop or ipad that you may also incorporate if you choose, though it is optional. 1) ScheduleWise Home is a new software application for clinics to schedule their home hemodialysis patients. Required: Logo is attached. Remember, we are looking for a fairly simple design. Something that stands out as an insert into the existing leaflet. Also, there will be no delay on choosing a winner. We will choose as soon as the contest is over. We are in a crunch and will require the final designs to be handed over no later than Monday (October 3).
