We sale real estate and manage beach vacation rentals

We need a single page add that is going to go into our rental houses that goes into a 3 ring binder. This ad will be to get our guest to use us to buy houses and then to use us as their vacation property manager.

Yes we really like clean modern look. We do not like super busy looking ads. We prefer to use our photos and content as main art work if you need to add some stock stuff that is fine but not much as we prefer it to be our content as we do not want it to seem to generic and fake. The main wording we want on the ad is just : We make finding your investment property a seamless process. Maybe at the bottom of the page please put the blue QR code by Hugh Swingle Property Manager info and then the green QR code by Krista Swingle Palm Blvd Realty Realtor. If you scan the QR code you can pull our contact info to go on the advertisement beside the QR code. We are trying to make the image of us very subtle not a main point and we dont really love cut outs of the pictures of us. We are trying to sell beach houses by the beach so that is our main gaol is to sale that. But we also don't want it to be to beachy cheesy.
