Mid/high-end brand of tool accessories needs clean logo and brand guide

The tool bags will be sold online so brand ID should be easy to use for setting up a product page or use on Instagram/Facebook. The logo will be printed or molded (rubber badge) onto the bags - therefore must the logo be clean without thin lines or fine details, as such details will likely smurge or look less good when printed or molded. Preferably shold the logo not be a square shape with sides horisontal or vertical, tilted 45 degrees would be ok. Logo should contain the brand name and should be easy to read it. Can include something more and small. Not a tool bag as other products likely will be added to product portfolio. The bags will be dark gray/graphite/gun metal or marine/dark blue with black linings/details with light grey interior. I would like the logo to be in a brighter color - to contrast the dark bag. Preferably not yellow or red. Picture attached of tool bag and placement of logo. The grey will likely be darker.
