We are a commercial real estate brokerage and from time to time, we send our newsletters to our email subscribers. Our target audience is prospective real estate investors.

The product you're designing is our leaflet, which appears once the subscriber has chosen to download it from our newsletter campaign. The title of this leaflet is "Industrial Outlook Mid-Year 2019". The word document attached is the copy that will go in the leaflet. Please organize the charts and graphs within the leaflet in a manner that makes the most sense to you. At the end of the piece there should be a "related properties" section where readers can download the Offering Memoranda for two of our listings. Those images are green and have "UNFI" logos. There should be the "download offering memorandum" button below each of these two images with "UNFI" logos.

We would like you to redesign the table, title 'Sold' using the same data that is currently in the table and listed in the same sequence. This table should appear after the "Industrial Update" intro section of copy. There should be a button on the table for the two "Available" properties in Urbana, IL and Harrisburg, PA that allow the reader to download the Offering Memorandum. No button needs to be present for the sold properties. Please also include download buttons at the end of the piece in the related properties section, just as I've indicated in the 'Content details' section.
