Lawn Buddies is a lawn fertilizer and weed control service that also protects our client's yards from mosquitoes and ticks. Our target audience are homeowners that want a beautiful lawn, who also prefer signing up with a service painlessly and quickly. Something unique about our company is a very high percentage of our customer base signs up with us via text message because they have "instant" pricing. Our marketing generally describes us as "America's Most Convenient Lawn Service" because you can sign up with us in under 30 seconds via text.

We are sending 300,000 direct mailers to homes in our market. The size is 6.5 inch x 11 inch with a front and back. We would like to offer three options for the customer to choose from, and then quickly signup with us by either manually texting us, or scanning a qr code to sign up with us by text. We want to cleanly list 2 plan options on the back of our marketer, and the 3rd plan option is the combo discount, which is taken both plans at 10% OFF. Below is information needed for front/back. We need a "per application" price next to the lawn fertilizer and mosquito/tick plan. The combo plan should show 10% OFF as it's price. We have attached a design we are NOT thrilled with. Please only use it as a tiny reference. There are two major "call to actions" on this mailer. On the front, the "call to action" is "Flip to see your home's pricing." On the back, the "call to action" is "Scan to get signed up!" When a homeowner receives this mailer, we don't want them to feel overloaded with too much information. We want them to realize immediately these three things immediately - 1) Their 1st treatment is only $19.95 2) Their plan options within 2-3 seconds of glancing at the back of the postcard. 3) They should scan the QR code and signup happens very quickly and conveniently. 4)
