Mojo Dawgs is a sausage/hot dog cart that specializes in fresh small batch, handcrafted dawgs based in California. The rotating menu offers flavors that incorporate the owner's Filipino/Asian culture and Midwest (Illinois) upbringing. For example the traditional Chicago Dog will be served, as well as a sweet Filipino sausage called Longanisa. The sides will include pancit a Filipino glass noodle dish, but also a macaroni salad. The menu is a melting pot of the two "cultures" with our very own twist. All ingredients are locally sourced and preservative free as possible. Our brand targets anyone from 9-99 years old, hot dogs are a nostalgic and fun food that everyone can enjoy. We primarily sell our dawgs through catering events or local festivals/pop up events.

Mojo (is a synonym for Magical) and Dawgs (describes the hot dogs). A few taglines we are playing with that describe the brand are: Filipino eats & Midwest treats Midwestern Filipino Fare Midwest nice, global spice For our logo design we would like to keep it primarily with the business name only - no mascot/ animals or people. Although we are open to food related icons. We are looking for a clean, traditional style that translates well when enlarged and wrapped on a hot dog cart. We also would love to see representation of both the Filipino culture (ex. using some of the flag colors or the flag itself (red, blue, yellow, white) and Chicago, Illinois culture/designs (ex. Chicago skyline, Chicago hot dog, Sears Tower aka Willis Tower) We would like the Logo to read Mojo Dawgs (below it to say Gourmet Sausages ) Feel free to use your own color scheme or use our suggestions above, tagline or no tagline under logo? Add or remove Gourmet Sausages under logo. Open to your creative insights as we launch our business! Thank you!
