Catchy and clean EDDM mailer that is easy to read grabs your attention

We are a residential painting contractor whose primary audience is well off homeowners with home values of $500K and up.

Design a clean, easy to read, double sided EDDM piece 6.5"x12". The front should be attention grabbing with a catchy headline (my job) and the offer/deal as well. The back should have space for 10 selling points or Benefits to go with us along with 2-3 Bonuses and a section on How to Get Started. I will upload an example that I cut and pasted together but feel free to move things around, change colors and graphics, the font can definitely be changed (just used our logo font). The only requirements are the return address must be in the top left corner and the postage goes in the top right. I have attached templates from our distributor.

If there is a Shutterstock or other image that I need to purchase a screenshot can suffice in the design and a link provided to the image to be purchased. I have included a sample of the design I started to create as an outline (labeled Front.png and Back.png), a couple of door hangers we had created on here and some additional designs that I like on 99.
