Great Design. This Is my first time to have any work done through 99d. They have a great support department. The only problem that I countered was this young lady that did my book cover was hard to communicate with. I personally would have appreciated it if she would have been a little more helpful. There was always an extended time delay in communication. I received two or three extensions to several deadlines that was imposed on me. They told me when I was setting up my contract, I would get the best designers if I would agree to guaranteed payment. I would never do that again. I needed a book cover so I bought a book cover from the second selection that I make from the total 50 or more designs that I received. There are several time I would have canceled this design because it was taking extended time to get it completed just because of lack of communication from my designer. I paid 799 with the guarantee. Without the guarantee I think I would have been treated better. Plus I paid much less for the second design.
